Not to worry Braden. This scene is a good one and is a great opener to our piece. This was the first time we’d done it with all the foam and stuff, so we were bound to stumble. We just need to rehearse it more until we get to the point where we aren’t thinking about moves and knives and are just concentrating on our lines.
Working with Braden is a hoot!
I loved doing this scene with Martyn, it is alot of fun. As i discovered in a performance to the class yesterdayit can be very easy to get distracted from what my lines are. I think i was concentrating so hard on what Martyn was saying and what i was doing with the knife that i completly lost my footing.
