Hello there!
Further to the initial blog by our glorious leader Mark, I’d just like to steal his words and say ‘Hello world’ again, but this time on behalf of the group of people I am looking forward to working with on this project.
‘Woyzeck’ by the German playwright Georg Buchner is going to be performed by us, who have collectively called ourselves ‘Peas and Harmony’ somewhere in the week commencing May 3rd 2011.
The fellow group members also a-bloggin’ on this here space will be Jimmy Morehouse, Braden Guy, Amie Connor, Kirsty Barnes, Rachel White, Sally Nix, Aaron Brown and someone else… Oh, me; Martyn Horner-Glister.
Well, that’s all by way of an introduction. Stay tuned for more updates, casting details, photos and all sorts of other digital doings as we move towards our performance!
Cheers,
Martyn
:-p
Read through wise, Thursday is good for day time!
Looking forward to the fun and games!
Nice intro there Martyn! =D
I’ll agree with Amie saying we definitely need a read through very soon. i have waved my magic wand this evening and made my futuristic apparatus work! *crowd claps loudly*
So, when will the read through be? I think everyone in our group is also doing Radio Drama (apart from kirsty…FREAK!) which means Monday is usually a good day for me and hopefully most people it being a day off for us all. Unless you’re a busy busy bee then any other day will be fine.
Thursday is a good day Amie, but I was thinking maybe it would be good to have read it before our next lesson. I don’t actually have any evidence WHY we should read it before our next lesson I just thought it would be nice =D
Thinking everyone at the next lesson should also exchange numbers so we can get in contact with each other.
Much love Braden
Well, What a wonderful start by the one and only Martyn-Horner-Glister! =) I hope everyone is well. Just a quick comment to re-encourage and kick start some sort of 1st group gathering. I think people’s have being discussing this on facebook anyway. I just wanted to write on this new blog thingy…Exciting! =)
I hear through the grapevine that Braden has some sort of futuristic technology that enables us to read the script on T.V! I raise my hand and vote for a read through session at Braden’s. If thats cool with him?
Would be awesome if everyone could post their availability on here. Im off to Poland from the 4th-14th Feb, so it would be fab if we could arrange a read-though before then. I have a few rehearsal prior to Poland, however, I have a free day on Thursday. Anyone else available Thursday?
Thankies all,
Amie x
